Hello!
Since I'm going abroad for the summer I'm looking for someone to take over my room for that time. The room is 13 square meters, completely furnished with everything that can be seen in the pictures.
the apartment is 90 square meters with two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.
The location is great! Only five minutes walking from the Giesing U-bahn and S-bahn station. We have two supermarkets (Edeka and Norma) just two minutes walking from the apartment, and also a bakery right across the street. The bus/tram stop Werinherstraße is right in front of the building's door.
This is a five people WG, we really enjoy doing things together (cooking, playing games, drinking some beers...) so ideally the person to take the room should be a social and friendly person who is willing to integrate and do things with the rest of the WG! :)
Right now everyone living in the apartment (except for me haha) are Germans, although internationals are more than welcome!
We have two cats (Uma and Iggy, see pictures), so it is important that you don't have any cat allergies. They are quite old and need a bit of attention, it is very very important that the person that takes the room looks after them.
