Hello everyone,
We are looking for someone to take over my room in our international and well situated flat at Humboldtstrasse 5 in München Au Haidhausen. The room is available from the 1st August 2023 onwards for 5 months (with a possibility of extension). Our WG contains of 4 people with Paloma, Daniela, Sunil, and me. Everybody is in their mid-twenties/early thirties and works.
The first image is how the room looks right now but I will take the couch and tv with me (although I am open to negotiate). The second image is how you would get the room (all furnished by the landlord himself).
To keep a 50/50 balance in the WG, we would prefer a man. However, everybody is welcome to join and at the end of the day we will decide on the personal fit. If you are an easy-going and humorous person you’ll definitely fit, as we like to have a chat while cooking in the evening or do some common stuff on weekends from time to time.
The flat is perfectly located with instant bus connection in front of the house, connecting Hauptbahnhof and Ostbahnhof, a 3min walk to the next subway station (Kolumbusplatz) with the serviced lines the U1/U2/U7/U8 and a 5min walk from the Isar at Wittelsbacher Brücke.
It´s a vivid and diverse neighbourhood withlots of small shops (groceries, drug stores, flower shops, etc.), restaurants, and cafes. In addition all the supermarkets like Edeka, Rewe, Rossmann, DM, and Aldi are all within less than a 10min walk distance.
The flat is on the 4th floor and crosses in between Main Street and a backyard. The spacious room of 18m2 is fully furnished with a bed, a desk and a generous wardrobe. It is facing toward the south and has therefore sunlight all day.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery etc.) and you will have your personal fridge. Also we have a washing machine in the flat. Last but no least: A cleaning lady is coming once a week, to restore order in the common area.
Due to my work I will have to stay in Hamburg for 6 months with a very good possibility of extension but I just don't want to permanently give up my room in this amazing wg yet.
The rent of 770€ includes all charges such as the rent itself, heating and ancillary costs, internet, and the cleaning service costs for the common area.
