a nice room for a student as the owner prefers to host only students or trainees, with a size of 10m², as it can be seen from the pictures, it's fully furnished, everything belong to the house. with a nice view from the big window also some fishes are in the garden and you can enjoy watching them all the time.
the kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to think about bringing or buying new stuff, the house is big from with 04 floors but only occupied by 04 people, the owner who lives in the 4th floor, he's German, super nice and likes to talk, drink together. so open minded as he visited around 64 countries.
I'm doing an internship with Erasmus but about to move to another place,
we have a PhD student here (27 yrs ) from Slovenia and she's studying medicine , and a french political science student, both of them study at LMU.
me and the Slovenian girl are occupying the 2nd floor in addition to the bathroom at the same floor, the french is living in the basement in a Big room, also we have there extra 03 rooms, one for washing machine, dryer and freezer, the other one is for storage of everything you may think about, and one room for food storage.
the ground floor contains the nice fully equipped kitchen we have, also that big living room with a library full of German books 😅 but you can find some English ones DW.
there's a storage room in the garden which can used for your bike. high speed of internet and the radio tax is included in your rent.
feel free to introduce yourself, what do you do and for how long are you willing to stay !
