Time: from August 1.
Location: Lanzlottstr 8, 81247, Munch. It is a two-story villa located in the west of Munich, with a total of 100 square meters of front and rear garden lawn and barbecue area. The environment is quiet. Walking for 15 minutes is the park and the river. Walking for 12 minutes will arrive in bus stop and S ban station.
Room type: second floor, 12 square meters single bed bedroom, room with a balcony. Three people share one bathroom and one bathroom. 6 people share a big kitchen (2-3 people can cook at the same time). There is also a public toilet on the first floor.
The warm rent is 700 euros (including water, electricity, network and heating fees), and the deposit is three months' rent.
House information: bag check-in, beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookshelves, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens, dishwashers, etc. The landlord is German, very friendly, not living in WG, and never bothers the tenant.
