Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist gemütlich, hell und mit einem Parkettboden ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne große Küche, ein großes Bad (Wanne + Dusche) und zusätzlich noch ein kleines Bad. Parkettboden ist in der ganzen Wohnung verlegt. Küche und Bad sind gefliest.
Dein Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es können auf Wunsch aber Möbel übernommen werden (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, Regal).
Es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, S-Bahn, Tram und U-Bahn befinden sich in direkter Nähe - die Stadtmitte ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Für die Jogger unter euch ist der Nymphenburger Schloßpark nicht weit entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars findet ihr in reichlicher Auswahl ebenso in der näheren Umgebung.
Hallo, mein Name ist Frieda. Zusammen mit Antje und Laura wohne ich bereits seit 3 Jahren in der schönen, hellen Wohnung. Da ich nach meinem Studium zurück nach Hamburg ziehe, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin für mein Zimmer.
