Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (5. Stock) und ist über einen sehr breiten Treppenhausflur zu erreichen, was den Möbeltransport beim Umzug erleichtert.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 66 m² groß. Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, einen langen Flur, eine kleine Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen) mit Platz zum Sitzen sowie die drei WG-Zimmer. Außerdem verfügt die WG über einen Keller, in dem ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden ist.
Das Zimmer (21m²) ist durch die drei Fenster in den Dachschrägen auch bei trübem Wetter wunderschön hell. Durch die weiß gestrichenen Balken besitzt das Zimmer viel Charakter. Das Zimmer ist Richtung Innenhof und ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben mit Bettgestell (ohne Matratze), großer Kleiderschrank, langer weißer Schrank, Dachlampe.

The room (21m²) is beautifully bright even in cloudy weather due to the three windows in the sloping ceilings.
Due to the white painted beams, the room has a lot of character. The room is facing a courtyard and is quiet.
The room will be handed over partly furnished with a bed frame (without mattress), a big cupboard with mirror doors for clothes, a tall shelf, lamp in the ceiling.
The apartment is located in the attic (5th floor) and can be reached by a wide staircase . Great when you need to transport furniture when you move. :)
The apartment is 66 m² in total. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. We have a long hallway where we store things. A small kitchen (fridge, stove, oven) with space to sit. And then the three bedrooms. We have a cellar in the basement in which sufficient storage space is available.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Neuhausen, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Maillingerstraße (U1/U7) entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 3 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder in 7 Minuten am Olympia Einkaufszentrum. Bus- und Tramlinien befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in 15 min Karlsplatz Stachus.
Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Rund um das Haus gibt es kaum Autoverkehr.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bäckereien, Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Biomärkte), dm, Apotheken und Restaurants.

The apartment is located in the district of Neuhausen, about 5 minutes walk from the subway station Maillingerstraße (U1/U7). By subway youare in 3 minutes at the main station or in 7 minutes at the Olympia shopping center. Bus and tram lines are also nearby. By bike you can reach Karlsplatz Stachus in 15 minutes.
Although very centrally located, the location is very quiet. Around the house there is hardly any traffic.
In the neighbourhood there are bakeries, supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, organic markets), dm, pharmacies and restaurants.
Wir, Josefin (38) und Kuanfu (31) suchen einen freundlichen, ruhigen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner (m/w/d).
Josefin arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin und Kuanfu als Data Scientist. Es ist keine reine Zweck-WG, da wir beide berufstätig sind und in unserer Freizeit öfter unterwegs sind, vor allem beim Tanzen (Bachata, Kizomba, Tango, Salsa), Fitnessstudio, Ausflüge in die Berge und zu Seen, im Chor singen und ins Café gehen. Unser Zuhause ist vor allem einen Platz für Erholung und Ruhe, da wir beide einen aktiven Alltag haben. Ab und zu unternehmen wir etwas gemeinsam. Das ergibt sich jedoch alles ganz spontan.

Josefin works as a socialworker and Kuan-Fu as a data scientist. It's not a purely practical shared apartment, as we both work and are active in our free time. We like to dance (Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk, Tango, Salsa), going to the gym, visit cafés, being outdoors in the mountains and going to lakes. Since we have an active life, our home is for all a place to relax. Every now and then we do something together. However, this all happens spontaneously.
