Künstlerische geschmackvolle, individuelle Einrichtung. In beiden Zimmern gibt es einen Schreibtisch und ein Doppelbett. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch zum gemütlich sitzen und kochen. Es gibt einen alten Fernseher und eine Stereoanlage. Super Lage, im schönen Neuhausen mit viele Cafés und Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus und Tram alle Verkehrsmittel sind in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Im Preis inbegriffen sind sämtliche Nebenkosten, Wlan, Waschmaschine, voll eingerichtete Küche und Bettwäsche.
Wie bereits gesagt, zentral gelegen und überall gut angebunden. Um die Ecke ist der älteste Grieche Münchens, das Kyklos und zahlreiche kleine Läden, ein kleiner Supermarkt und schöne Café Bars gleich um die Ecke. Ihr werdet euch wohl füheln, da bin ich ganz sicher!

Pfleglicher Umgang mit der Wohnung ist erforderlich. Ebenso ein angemessenes Verhalten im Treppenhaus und keine Partys.
