Ich vermiete hier mein Zimmer über den Sommer da ich im Ausland ein Praktikum mache. Die Daten sind noch nicht ganz sicher, aber ich bin da recht flexibel und kann mich auch anpassen. Es wäre ca. 25 Juli bis Anfang/ Mitte September. Das Zimmer hat 25 qm, ist eingerichtet mit 1,40 Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, großem Sofa, TV Wand und Fernseher. Vom Zimmer aus kommt man auf den 19qm großen Balkon/ Dachterasse wo sich ebenfalls ein großes Sofa, ein Esstisch und ein Grill befindet.
Die Küche hat 10qm, und ist komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank und Esstisch.
Im Bad (mit Fenster) gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Donnersbergerbrücke im Stadtteil Neuhausen. Die Sbahn Donnersbergerbrücke ist max. 10 min Fußweg, Tram/ Bushaltestelle Donnersbergerstraße ebenfalls und der Rotkreuzplatz ca. 15. min. Ich kann euch gerne per Mail Fotos vom Zimmer und der Wohnung zukommen lassen.
