Hallo zusammen, da ich ab 30. Januar auf Reisen bin, biete ich mein Zimmer für die Dauer von 1 Monat (bis 28.02.19) zur Untermiete an. Es ist eine typische Münchner Altbauwohnung. In meinem Zimmer steht ein Schrank, eine alte Kommode, ein 140m Bett, ein Standspiegel, ein Klavier, ein IKEA Regal mit 8 großen Schubladen, dass ich als Sideboard nutze, 3 Grünpflanzen und 2 kleine Stehlampen (siehe Fotos). Ich würde das Sideboard und meinen Schrank für dich leeren, damit du genügend Stauraum zur Verfügung hast.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und hat keine Balkon, jedoch verfügt sie über ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat eine Waschmaschine, die selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden darf.

Hello together, since I will be travelling from 30 January on, I offer my room for the duration of 1 month (until 28 February 2019) for subletting. It is a comfy old Munich apartment. In my room there is a wardrobe, an old chest of drawers, a queen sized bed, a standing mirror, a piano, an IKEA shelf with 8 large drawers that I use as a sideboard, 3 green plants and 2 small floor lamps (see photos). I would empty the sideboard and my wardrobe for you so that you have enough storage space.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and has no balcony, but it has a daylight bath with bathtub. The communal kitchen has a washing machine, which can of course be shared.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Neuhausen und ist daher sehr zentral gelegen. Du brauchst ca. 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn Stammstrecke "Donnersbergerbrücke" oder 2 Minuten zur Tram 16/17.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Einen gut sortierten EDEKA findest du direkt an der Donnersbergerbrücke.
Alternativ stehen dir alle möglichen Geschäfte am Rotkreuzplatz zur Verfügung.
Freizeit: Der Schlosspark Nymphenburg ist entweder mit der Tram (3 Stationen) oder zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our apartment is located in a quiet side street in Neuhausen and is therefore very centrally located. You need approx. 10 minutes to the S-Bahn main line "Donnersbergerbrücke" or 2 minutes to the Tram 16/17.
Shopping possibilities: You will find a well sorted EDEKA directly at Donnersbergerbrücke.
Alternatively, you can do all kinds of shopping at Rotkreuzplatz.
Free time: The Schlosspark Nymphenburg can be reached either by tram (3 stops) or on foot.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist kein Freund von Zeck WGs, sondern würde auch ab und zu gerne mal etwas zusammen machen, mag es aber auch gerne ruhig.
Kochen, weggehen, Kino etc ist sie für alles zu begeistern.
Sie sucht jemanden, der nicht jeden Abend Party macht, sondern es auch lieber ruhig mag.
Das Rauchen wäre erlaubt, jedoch ausschließlich am Küchenfenster.
Einen Putzplan gibt es nicht, da wir unsere Wohnung sauber und gemütlich halten und dies als Selbstverständlichkeit ansehen.
Und: Eine Spülmaschine ist leider nicht vorhanden. Daher ist Abwaschen angesagt :-)

My roommate is not a friend of only sharing a flat, but to socialise too, but also likes it quietly - so no parties every evening. ;-)
Cooking, going out, going to the movies etc. she is enthusiastic about everything.
Smoking would be allowed, but only at the kitchen window.
There is no cleaning plan, as we keep our apartment clean and cosy and take this for granted.
And: a dishwasher is unfortunately not available. Therefore, washing up is happening :-)
