Während eines Auslandaufenthalts vermiete ich innerhalb dieses Zeitraum ein 17 qm großes möbliertes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Die gesammte Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern mit geräumiger Wohnküche und liegt mitten in München-Neuhausen.
Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, sowie einen Schreibtisch mit Sessel und Regalen.
Stil: individuelle, künstlerische Einrichtung, voll eingerichtete Küche zur Benutzung, geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine können benutzt werden. TV, Wifi, Aufzug ist im Haus. Fußboden: Parkett, Laminat. Ich freue mich über Leute, die die Wohnung und Lage zu schätzen wissen und die Wohnung gut behandeln. Kann jederzeit besichtigt werden. Ringsum gibt es kleine Läden und Cafés sowie eine super Verkehrsanbindung. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn, Bus, Tram, U.Bahn) sind in 5 Minuten gut erreichbar. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig und lädt zum relaxen ein.

Your potential roommate will be Jamie (24), a visiting international student at LMU theater studies program. She is a queer vegan of color relatively new to the city. She loves a good conversation and when is not home is at some sort of performance in the city. Together you could cook, just hang or do nothing at all. Essentially not a Zweck-WG but communal life not required.
Zentrale Lage in Neuhausen. Nähe Rotkreutzplatz. Sämtliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel liegen nur ca. 5 Gehminuten emtfernt.
