Fürs erste ist die Anzeige bis Sonntag (13.03.) Abend offen. Erfahrungsgemäß kommen leider zu viele Anfragen als dass ich allen einzeln antworten könnte. Wer also bis Montag Abend nichts gehört hat, darf auch davon ausgehen, dass nichts mehr kommt.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß (3m x 5m) mit Laminatboden. Die beiden Fenster zeigen zum Innenhof des Häuserblocks, es gibt also keinerlei Straßenlärm.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa; siehe Fotos) und die Möbel können von der Vormieterin übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung insgesamt besteht neben unseren Zimmern noch aus Küche, Bad und Gang. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind (in der Wohnung) vorhanden.
The size of your room is about 15m² (3m x 5m) and the floor is laminate. The two windows face the courtyard of the apartment block which means there's no street noise.
Further, the room is furnished and the bed, desk, sofa and wardrobe can be bought from the previous tenant.
Besides our rooms, the flat consists of a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Washing machine and dryer are available (within the apartment).
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Rotkreuzplatz entfernt. Von dort aus lässt sich mit den Öffentlichen alles gut erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Geschäfte (Norma, Edeka, Penny), die auch alle fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Es gibt auch Parkplätze in der Umgebung, diese sind aber heiß umkäpft.
The apartment is about 3 minutes from Rotkreuzplatz. There, you have access to the Underground and can get anywhere. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity (Norma, Edeka, Penny) which are all easy to reach on foot.
There are lots of parking spots in the area, but they are always fiercely contested.
Das Minimum für erfolgreiches Zusammenleben ist für mich gegenseitiger Respekt und eine gewisse Rücksicht. Alles weitere findet sich dann schon.
Dass soll nicht heißen, dass ich eine reine Zweck-WG suche, im Gegenteil, ich würde mich sogar sehr freuen, wenn wir in etwa auf einer Wellenlänge wären und unsere Interaktionen über "Guten Morgen", "Hallo" und "Tschüss" hinausgehen würden. Meld dich einfach und schreib ein paar Worte über dich.

Bitte nur anfragen, wenn du längerfristig an einem WG-Zimmer interessiert bist. Sorry an alle die ein Zimmer für ein Praktikum suchen, aber Umzug und Mietersuche ist immer Stress und insbesonder in der aktuellen Pandemie-Situation möchte ich das möglichst selten wiederholen.
Womit wir zu einem ganz wichtigen Punkt kommen: Du bist (mindestens) zweimal geimpft. Jegliche Impfgegner und Corona-Leugner bitte ich an dieser Stelle, gar nicht erst anzufragen und uns dadurch beiden die Mühe zu ersparen. Dieser Punkt ist nicht verhandelbar.
Wohnsitzanmeldung bei der Stadt München ist von Seiten des Wohnungseigentümers (Baugenossenschaft München-West des Eisenbahnpersonals eG) verpflichtend erforderlich.

Please only apply if you are looking for the room for a longer period. Sorry if you're just looking shortterm, but moving and looking for a new tenant is always stressful and particularly in the current pandemic, I'd prefer to repeat the process as infrequently as possible.
Which brings us to the next and very important point: you are (at least) twice vaccinated. Any antivaxxer or Corona-denier need not apply, you'll just be wasting both our time. This is not negotiable.
Registration of residence with the municipality is required by the owner of the flat (Baugenossenschaft München-West des Eisenbahnpersonals eG).
