The room is very quiet and faces a small and quiet street... ´ it is furnished with double side bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror and chair.
The apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen (micro-wave oven, oven and fridge), a bathroom with bath/shower, a toilet and 2 other rooms belonging to the other flatmates. We do have a dishwasher, while the washing machine is a common one that works with coins in the basement of the house. We have also a storage room and a storage room for bikes.
The apartment is nicely located in front of the channel of the Nymphenburg castle (that is 10 minutes far by foot). The tram 12, 16 and 17 and bus 51 are at 7minutes walk, while the Ubahn station of Gern is at 12 minutes by foot and Rotkreutzplatz at 20minutes. Closed to the flat, there are supermarkets, bakeries and shops in Romanplatz and Rotkreutzplatz; while the parks of Olympiapark, Nymphenburg and Hirschgarten are very close. So perfect spot for runners.
Your flatmate will be Veronica, who is working in a company as engineer, while Hannes is using his room only as an office, so he is around only during working hours.
We are looking for a subrenter (best option worker), female or male, between 25 and 35 years old, German and/or English speaker and no smoker. It is important for us that you are a reliable, clean, considerate and well organized person and that you are in for a get together among flatmates as that you respect the rest time of the others.
