Hi,
Lola und ich suchen eine Mitbewohnerin zum 15.6.2021. ☺️
Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß. Es ist unmöbliert. Ausgestattet aber mit Downlights, die gedimmt werden können.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Geschirr ist auch vorhanden. Das Highlight an der Küche ist aufjendefall die Grillplatte, die eingebaut ist, perfekt für Grillabende im Sommer 😊
Im Bad ist sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne enthalten. Die Badewanne hat außerdem eine integrierte Whirlpool Funktion.
Zu uns: Wir sind sehr offene Menschen, kochen sehr gerne, aber ziehen uns auch gerne zurück, vorallem weil wir studieren und manchmal unsere Ruhe beim Lernen haben wollen. Dennoch sind wir sehr spontan und für gemeinsame Abende immer zu haben.
Die Miete beträgt warm 680€! Es fallen aber Strom und Internet Kosten noch mit an! Je nachdem wie viel verbraucht wird.
