Hello, I’m looking someone to share the flat I’m living in. The apartment is full equipped with every you need. The room has brig windows and is very bright.
The room will be rented empty (apart of one Ikea furniture, which I would like to leave in the room).
I just painted the wall last month, so the wall color should also stay the same.
We’ll be sharing the kitchen which is also a kind of living room.
I love this neighborhood, the Hirschgarten (with a big beergarten) are only 5 minutes away from the apartment.
The tram line 16 and 17 to Hauptbahnhof is 5 minutes away. The Bus-stop is 3 minutes away (Number 62 to Ostbahnhof/Rotkreuzplatz).
Aldo, Dm, REWE, alnatura and edeka are 8 minutes away.
About me: I’m a 27 y.o. Brazilian living in Germany for about 10 years. I work full time, so you probably won’t see much of me during the week.
During the weekend I like cooking with friends or just enjoy beer gardens when the whether is good.
