Wir sind eine 5-Personen-WG und suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Das Mehrbettzimmer ist voll möbliert. Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß. Und kann Möbel aus dem Lager austauschen. Ihr Fahrrad können Sie im Fahrradkeller abstellen.

We are a 5-person shared flat and are looking for a new flatmate. The room is very cosy. The shared room is fully furnished. The room is 13 sqm. And can exchange furniture from the storage. You can park your bike in the bike cellar.
Die Lage ist wirklich ideal!
In 2-4 Gehminuten ist die S-Bahnhaltestelle Fasaneriestraße erreichbar. Weiterhin ist in 5-8 Gehminuten die Haltestelle Leonrodplatz zu erreichen. Von hier aus gelangt man in 8 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und braucht hierfür ca. 15 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Edeka, Rossmann), Restaurants, Frisöre etc. in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (2-5 Gehminuten). Der Olympiapark ist auch in direkter Umgebung von der Wohnung und man kann diesen in 10-15 Gehminuten erreichen.

The location is really ideal!
The Fasaneriestraße S-Bahn stop is a 2-4 minute walk away. Furthermore, the Leonrodplatz stop is a 5-8 minute walk away. From here you can reach the main railway station in 8 minutes. You can also get to the city centre very quickly by bike, which takes about 15 minutes. In addition, there are numerous shopping facilities (Penny, Edeka, Rossmann), restaurants, hairdressers, etc. in the immediate vicinity (2-5 minutes' walk). The Olympiapark is also in the direct vicinity of the flat and can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
Im Moment sind Sven, Urvish, Axel und Jidong im Haus, die im August umziehen werden. Sven ist Barkeeper bei Sausalitos, Urvish macht noch bis Ende September ein Praktikum in München, studiert aber in Ulm. Axel arbeitet und macht seinen Master in BWL.
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt, wir unternehmen gemeinsam etwas außerhalb, und zwar immer am Wochenende. Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht, aber jeder putzt etwas, wenn die Küche oder das Bad schmutzig ist.

At the moment there are Sven, Urvish, Axel and Jidong in the house, who will move in August. Sven is a bartender at Sausalitos, Urvish is still doing an internship in Munich until the end of September, but is studying in Ulm. Axel is working and doing his Master's in business administration.
Life in the shared flat is very relaxed, we do things together outside, always at the weekend. We don't have a cleaning plan, but everyone cleans something when the kitchen or bathroom is dirty.
