Im Herzen von München und doch idyllisch in Nymphenburg-Neuhausen zeichnet sich durch seine zentrale Lage, sowie Nähe zu allen Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars des täglichen Bedarfs aus und trotzdem ist man mit der U1 und Tram jederzeit perfekt angebunden um auch in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt zu gelangen…Die Nähe zum Olympiapark und Nymphenburger Schloss Runden die Lage ab.
In the heart of Munich and yet idyllic in Nymphenburg-Neuhausen is characterized by its central location, as well as proximity to all stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars of daily needs and yet you are always perfectly connected with the U1 and streetcar to get to the city center in a few minutes. The proximity to the Olympic Park and Nymphenburg Castle round off the location.
Das Wg leben ist sehr entspannt und beruht auf Rücksichtnahme, Respekt und Offenheit. Es kommt alle zwei Wochen eine Haushaltshilfe für Reinigungsarbeiten, jedoch wird auf Ordentlichkeit dem anderen gegenüber in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen großer Wert gelegt.
Nicht zu vergessen, unser Feel-Good-Manager Kater Carlo - der allerdings bei schönen Wetter seine Aufgabe nicht so ernst nimmt und draußen die Sonne genießt und kaum daheim ist ;)
