Das Zimmer ist etwa 14,75 qm groß, teilen einen Balkon mit Mitbewohnerinnen. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett (1.5*2m), einen Sekretär, einen Schrank und einen Ikea Tisch(1.5*0.8m), einen Stuhl. Es ist im 1. Stock und liegt auf der Innenseite der Nymphenburger Straße, also ist es recht ruhig, und es gibt einen kleinen Garten in der Nähe des Fensters, Vögel und Eichhörnchen kommen sehr oft. Das Zimmer ist recht hell, da es ein großes Fenster und eine Glastür zum Balkon hat. Die ganze Wohnung ist nicht sehr kalt im Winter und auch nicht zu warm im Sommer. Warmmiete 610€, Nebenkosten c. 30€ (WLAN und Storm)
the room is about 14.75 square meter, share a balcony with roommates. The room has a bed(1.5*2m), a sekretär, a closet, and a Ikea table(1.5*0.8m), a chair. It is in the 1st floor and located in the inner side of Nymphenburger street, so it is quite quiet, and there is a small garten close to the window, birds and squirrel come very often. The room is quite light, as it has one big window and a glass door to the balcony. The whole apartment is not very cold in winter and also not too warm in summer. Warmmiete 610€, additional cost c. 30€ (WLAN und Storm)
Der Standort liegt in der Nähe der Mailinger Straße. Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, dm sind ganz in der Nähe (ca. 5-10 min Fußweg). Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe, es ist ziemlich bequem, kann man verschiedene Speisen zu probieren.
Wir teilen uns zwei WC, eine Küche, einen kleinen Garten, und 4 Personen teilen sich 1 Badezimmer. Da 2 Personen im Erdgeschoss und 3 Personen im 1. Stock wohnen, war die Nutzung von Bad und WC für uns kein Problem.
The location is close to Mailinger street. Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, dm are quite close (about 5-10 min walk). There are also many restaurant nearby, it is quite convenient to try different food.
We share two washroom, a kitchen, a small garten, and 4 people share 1 bathroom. As 2 live in the ground floor, and 3 live in the 1st floor, the usage of bathroom and washroom did not cause trouble for us.
Wir sind 5 Mädels (3 deutsche Mädels, 1 französische Mädel und ich :)) konnten uns sehr gut verständigen. Und wir finden auch Zeit, um gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen, wie Kochen oder Wandern usw. Und wir verstehen völlig jede Person hat ihren persönlichen Raum auch. WG Regelung und Sauberkeit ist uns auch sehr wichtig.
We could understand each other very well and each roommate is like friends. And we also find time to do something together, like cooking or hiking etc. And we totally understand each person has her personal space as well. WG rules and keep WG clean is also important for us.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie auch eine freundliche und easy going Person sind, die sich auch an die WG-Regeln hält (Reinigung etc.) Schreibe mit wenn du Interesse hast :)
