Hey there,
We are subletting a beautiful, cozy room (12 m2 - 650€ - partly furnished) of our 3-room-shared-flat with balcony at Leonrodplatz (Neuhausen) from the beginning of August until the end of November.
Our flat is located very central (10 min from Hauptbahnhof), close to Tram, Bus and Subway and lies between a small green place and Olympiapark. Also it’s two minutes from Leonrodplatz where you can find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, etc. The flat has a furnished kitchen including a dish washer, it has two bathrooms, a small room for stuff and a basement for storage.
We are two music students from Munich (Simeon and Klara, moving out) a 28yo engineer from Toulouse (Gabrielle, staying), and a 33yo post-phd student from Brazil (Gean, also moving in).
You’ll get along with us perfectly if you’re nice, interesting, easy going and not messy. We plan to take most of our stuff with us - in case you don’t have furniture or kitchen tools, etc. we could talk about leaving some of our stuff here (in good hands of course) and we can think of any other wishes you might have and find an arrangement. It’s just important that you can move in beginning of August.
