Das Zimmer ist 20 Quadratmeter und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. An dem Fenster gibt es eine Folie, was verhidert, dass Leute von der Straße aus hineinschauen können.
Das WLAN ist gut im Zimmer, ich mache oft HomeOffice und bin damit zufrieden.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.

The room is 20 square meters and is located on the first floor. There is a foil on the window, which prevents people from looking into the room from the street.
The Wi-Fi is good in the room, I often work from home and am happy with it.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 20/21 ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Hauptbahnhof ist damit in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus kommt man mit der U-Bahn oder S-Bahn schnell überall hin.
Der große Vorteil ist, dass der Olympiapark ganz in der Nähe ist, wenn man joggen oder schwimmen gehen möchte.
Außerdem gibt es hier einige Restaurants, auch Bäckereien, vor allem aber ein Edeka 3 Minuten entfernt.

The tramline 20/21 is just 2 minutes away on foot, and you can get to the Hauptbahnhof with that in 10 minutes. From there you can get quickly everywhere by U-Bahn or S-Bahn.
The big advantage is that the Olympiapark is very close, if you would like to go jogging or swimming.
In addition there are some restaurants here, also bakeries, most importantly an Edeka 3 minutes far.
Derzeit sind alle Mitbewohner Männer, aber nicht, weil es eine Männer-WG ist, sondern weil es sich einfach so ergeben hat. Wir arbeiten alle und genießen an den Wochenenden die Ruhe. Wir haben einen Putzplan, jedes Wochenende wird es geputzt. Auf diese Weise ist die WG immer sauber und aufgeräumt.
Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, also kann das Geplauder in der Küche stattfinden.

Currently, all roommates are men, but not because it's a men's shared apartment, but because it just turned out that way. We all work and enjoy the quiet on the weekends. We have a cleaning schedule, every weekend someone cleans the common rooms. In this way teh WG is always clean and tidy.
Unfortunately there is no living room, so the chit-chat can take place in the kitchen.
Die monatliche Miete, die an den Vermieter überweisen muss, beträgt 630 €. Darin enthalten sind die Kosten für Wasser, Heizung, Strom usw. Außerdem die Kosten für das Internet (15 € pro Monat pro Person) und die Rundfunkgebühr (4,38 € pro Monat pro Person) muss die WG teilen.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt ein Jahr.
