Großes, möbliertes Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof.
Dementsprechend sowohl hell als auch ruhig. Das zimmer
hat einen großen Schrank, ein Regal, einen Schreibtsich mit
Schreibtischstuhl, wie auch ein Bett. Voll ausgestattete Küche und
Bad mit Waschmaschine
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Sowohl mit dem
Fahrrad als auch mit den öffentlichen innerhalb von kürzester
Zeit in der Altstadt (ca 10min). Neben naher Bus und Tram
Verbindung liegt die Wohnung ca 5 min von der U1. Wer nicht
ins Stadtzentrum will/muss hat in Neuhausen auch ein
schönes Viertel. Der Rotkreuzplatz ist in ca 5 min fußläufig zu
erreichen und auch der Kanal und das Nymphenburger
Schloss mit zugehörigem Park sind insbesondere mit dem
Rad oder der Tram schnell zu erreichen
Ich fänds cool, wenn es keine ausschließliche Zweck-WG ist. Zu mir als Mitbewohner: Ich heiße Matthias und bin 21. Ich studiere Politikwissenschaft in München, koche sehr gerne und mache gern Sport. Mein alter Mitbewohner ist für 2 Monate in einer anderen Stadt für ein Praktikum, daher suche ich jetzt ab sofort für diese Zeit eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
