Gemütliches Zimmer mit Altbaucharme und viel Platz zum Leben wie arbeiten. Es steht alles zur Verfügung was macht braucht.
Ich bin auch zeitlich flexibel wenn es um ein paar Tage hin oder her geht vom Einzug und Auszug.
Im Herzen von München und doch idyllisch in Nymphenburg-Neuhausen zeichnet sich durch seine zentrale Lage, sowie Nähe zu allen Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars des täglichen Bedarfs aus und trotzdem ist man mit der U1 und Tram jederzeit perfekt angebunden um auch in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt zu gelangen…Die Nähe zum Olympiapark und Nymphenburger Schloss Runden die Lage ab.
In the heart of Munich and yet idyllic in Nymphenburg-Neuhausen is characterized by its central location and proximity to all shops, restaurants, cafés and bars for daily needs and yet you are always perfectly connected with the U1 and tram to even in a few minutes to get to the city center... The proximity to the Olympic Park and Nymphenburg Palace complete the location.
Das Wg leben ist sehr entspannt und beruht auf Rücksichtnahme, Respekt und Offenheit. Es kommt alle zwei Wochen eine Haushaltshilfe für Reinigungsarbeiten, jedoch wird auf Ordentlichkeit dem anderen gegenüber in den gemeinschaftlichen Räumen großer Wert gelegt.
Es freut mich von wuch zu hören.
