Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, hat eine große Fensterfront und einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5-10 minuten zu Fuß von dem PEP entfernt sowie von der Ubahn Station „Neuperlach Zentrum“. Hinter dem Haus ist außerdem ein großer Park. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig. Man kommt schnell zum Hbf, ca. 15 min und auch in die Stadtmitte, ebenfalls ca. 20 min.
Direkt vor dem Haus ist außerdem eine Bushaltestelle.
In der Wg wohnen Tung und Chiho. Beide sind Studenten und das Zusammenleben war immer einfach und witzig. Sie halten die Wohnugn auch gut sauber und sind sehr entspannt. Ich hatte nie eine schwierige Situation, wir haben uns immer gut verstanden und gegenseitig geholfen.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Falls die Untermiete länger als einen Monat (Juni) geht, eehöt sich die Miete auf 750€, da dann ein anderes (größeres) Zimmer genutzt werden muss.
