Our house is about 8-10 minutes walk or 2 bus stations (to the bus station it is 1 min) or super fast by bike from the underground station Fürstenried-West (U3) and is located in a quiet, beautiful detached house complex. Good connection through the U3 also directly to the university, by car also only 15 min to the Starnberger See.
Unser Haus ist etwa 8-10 Gehminuten oder 2 Busstationen (zur Busstation ist es 1 Min) oder super schnell mit dem Rad von der U-Bahn Station Fürstenried-West (U3) entfernt und liegt in einem ruhigen, schönen Einfamilienhäuser Komplex. Gute Anbindung durch die U3 auch direkt zur Universität, mit dem Auto auch nur 15 Min zum Starnberger See. Kleiner netter Ortskern und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe.
We have had a very nice medical student as a tenant for almost a year and are still looking for someone for the free room.
A through-room with dining table is available for shared use. Kitchen including washing machine and bathroom are also used together. Purzdienst für die Communityräume would be every 2 weeks, i.e. one week.
We live with our family on the ground floor.
There is a mini-terrace for use :)
Wir haben bereits seit fast einem Jahr einen sehr netten Medizinstudenten als Mieter und suchen noch jemand für das freie Zimmer.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht ein Durchgangszimmer mit Esstisch zur Verfügung. Küche inkl Waschmaschine und Bad werden auch gemeinsam genutzt. Purzdienst für die Gemeinschaftsräume wäre alle 2 Wochen, sprich im Wechsel jede Woche einer.
Wir wohnen mit unserer Family im Erdgeschoss.
Es gibt eine Mini-Terrasse zur Nutzung :)
