Der Olympiapark um die Ecke lädt ein zum chillen mit Freunden im Sommer ein und hat jegliche Freizeitangebote: Konzert-, Eislauf-, Fußball- Schwimmhalle zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (OEZ, EDEKA, DM, Vitalia, Decathlon, Baumarkt etc) nur 4 Minute fußläufig.
Mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten zu Olypiapark, in dem man spazieren, baden und den Sommer genießen (Sommertollwood) kann und 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad nach Schwabing, eines der In-Viertel in München ;)
Wir 4mates, die Vermieter, sind ein professioneller WG Anbieter hier in München, und mein Job ist es euch in einem kurzen Gespräch kennen zu lernen um dann zu entscheiden ob ihr in die angebotene WG passt. Da ich das schon seit einiger Zeit mache und aus unseren WG Bewohnern enge Freundschaften entstanden sind, bestätigt dass mir meinen richtigen Riecher euch so zu wählen dass ihr super zusammen passt ;-)
Zusätzlich hast du hast einen Ansprechpartner egal um welche Probleme es sich handelt. Außerdem musst du dich um nichts kümmern - weder um einen Nachmieter noch um sonstiges wie GEZ Gebühren nach Anmeldung, Strom Nachzahlungen etc.

By bike 5 minutes to Olypiapark, where you can walk, swim and enjoy the summer (Sommertollwood) and 30 minutes by bike to Schwabing, one of the in-districts in Munich ;)

We are 4mates, the landlords. We are a professional WG provider here in Munich, and my job is to get to know you in a short conversation and then decide whether you fit into the offered WG. Since I've been doing this for some time and our WG residents have become close friends, that confirms that I have the right instinct to choose you so that you fit together super ;-)
In addition, you have a contact person no matter what problems it is. Furthermore you don't have to worry about anything - neither about a new tenant nor about other things like GEZ fees after registration, electricity payments etc..
