Kreative offene WG

Servus zusammen,

Wir sind ne vierer WG bestehend aus Antonia (20, Lehramtstudentin), Alex (20, Biologiestudent) und Alina (23, Arbeitet beim Musiklabel). Da der WG Daddy Arne (27) sich jetzt eine eigene Wohnung gesucht hat, wird sein Zimmer frei. Die Bude ist direkt am Candidplatz und sehr nah an der Isar. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer + eine Gemeinsame Wohnküche, Bad und Toilette. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, also schön hell.
Wir sind alle relativ unterschiedliche Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Lebensstilen, was diese WG aber spannend macht.
Alex zum Beispiel ist neben dem Studium klimaaktivistisch unterwegs, ernährt sich vegan und ist liebend gerne in der Natur zum Trekking und Fahrrad fahren. Antonia geht für ihr Leben gerne feiern und ist an den Wochenenden hin und wieder Zuhause (Berchtesgaden) in den Bergen. Alina ist immer auf Achse und viel unterwegs. Sie macht viel mit Freunden, geht feiern oder essen und ist an Sonnentagen oft an der Isar. Aber für einen lustigen Plausch immer zu haben. Sie wird allerdings Ende August ausziehen, weswegen du dann auch bei der neuen MB-Suche dabei sein kannst😉
Wir kommen alle sehr gut miteinander aus und machen öfter Mal was zusammen (ob feiern gehen oder Hausparty, kochen, quatschen oder Wein sippen). Die Nachbarn sind auch echt unkompliziert denn man kann auch mal etwas lauter sein, ohne dass sich jemand beschwert. Wir suchen auf jeden Fall jemanden, der gerne was unternimmt und am WG-Leben teilnehmen möchte. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man sich natürlich auch gerne mal in sein Zimmer verziehen, wenn man die Ruhe braucht :) Rücksicht ist the way to go. Das Haus ist weit entfernt von einem Neubau, wer eine kernsanierte Luxus-Bude erwartet, ist bei uns eher falsch. Dafür gibt es bei uns umso mehr potenzial sich künstlerisch zu entfalten und die Wohnung weiter mit Pflanzen und Stickern zu verschönern.

We are a group of four, consisting of Antonia (20, studying to be a teacher), Alex (20, biology student) and Alina (23, works at a music label). As the WG Daddy Arne (27) has found an apartment for his own, his room will be free. The flat is located directly at Candidplatz and very close to the Isar. Everyone has their own room + a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room is 16sqm, has a large window and faces south, so it is nice and bright.
We all have our own interests and lifestyles but our openness and communicative way, is what brings us together.
Alex for example is politically active for climate and other topics in addition to his studies, is a vegan, and loves to be out in nature and goes trekking and biking. Antonia loves to go out to party and sometimes spends the weekends at her hometown Berchtesgaden. Alina is always on the road. She likes hanging out with friends, going out, drinking and clubbing and enjoys going to the Isar on sunny days. She is always down for a chat or a get together in the kitchen. However, she will move out at the end of August, which is why you can decide, who our new WG-member will be 😉
We are all cool with each other and enjoy hanging out together (no matter if we go clubbing, throw a party, cook together or drink wine). The neighbors are also very uncomplicated, so nobody will complain if it is a little louder. We are looking for someone who likes to take part in the WG-life. Of course we all respect each other’s privacy and stay in our own rooms if we need peace and quietness :) Consideration is the way to go. The house is not what you would call a new building, so anyone who expects a renovated luxury flat is rather wrong here. But the flat offers the opportunity to express yourself in an artistic way and add plants and stickers and all kinds of stuff to it.
