Ich ziehe ende September für meine Promotion nach England, aber mein Mietvertrag läuft bis 31.10. ab also suche ich jemanden, der mein Zimmer im Oktober übernimmt.
Da es sich um ein Zimmer in einem Wohnheim vom Studentenwerk handelt, muss der/die zukunftige Zwischenmieter*in gerade an einer deutschen Uni/Hochschule immatrikuliert sein.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und befindet sich in einer 2-er WG. Die WG hat eine kleine Küche und Bad, die nur von den 2 Mitbewohnern benutzt werden. Ich bevorzuge Interessenten, die meinen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Vorhänge, Kissen und Bettdecken übernehmen würden. Für das alles würde ich 50 euro bekommen.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, aber ist ziemlich gut verbunden: die U1 (St-Quirin-Platz) und die U2 (Untersbergstraße/Giesing) sind in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einige Einkaufzmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Penny (5 Minuten), Rewe und Edeka (12-15 Minuten zu Fuß).

I’m moving to England for a PhD by the end of September, but my contract ends until October 31, so I am looking for someone that takes my room during October.
Since it is a room in a Studentenwerk dorm, it can only be taken by students currently enrolled at a German University.
The room is in a two-people flatshare. There is a small kitchen and bathroom shared only by the two people living here. Besides the furniture provided by the Studentenwerk I have a small desk, a chair, additional curtains, cushions, pillows and bed sheets. I’m giving everything away for 50 euros, and prefer potential subtenants that would take it.
The dorm is located in a quite calm area, but it is very well connected: the U1 (St-Quirin-Platz) and U2 (Untersbergstraße/Giesing) are only about 10 minutes away by foot. There are also several options for grocery shopping nearby: Penny (5 Minutes), Rewe and Edeka (12- 15 Minutes by foot).
