We are looking for a female non-student to join this new houseshare. Must also be cat friendly as we plan to get kittens next year. The room is on the 1st floor of the house and is a small bedroom 12 square meters with a window to the side of the house. The room is part furnished with new bedframe, mattress , desk, and small wardrobe. If you have your own furniture than we can negotiate what you need .
There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There are another two bedrooms with two of the current housemates . On the ground floor is a large shared living room with fire place , a shared kitchen, and a separate guest toilet . The 4th housemate has the bedroom downstairs with its own shower.
This is a new WG so I am currently getting new and used furniture into the house. Dishwasher, cooker, large fridge freezer and washing machine has been bought new.
With the room comes access to shared spaces: kitchen, living room on ground floor, large garden , garage, parking space, laundry room in basemen. Wooden flooring. Oil central heating with radiator in each room. Window blinds.
It will be 3 people plus me who is coming to stay mainly on weekends part time until end of April when I intend to move full time.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. It is a 15mins bus ride from Ostbahnhof. Bus stops are a couple minutes walking distance. The area is not the most trendy or historic but has all the basics one needs. 3 gyms within walking distance. Lidl, DM, Aldi, Edeka within 15mins walking radius . Lots of small grocery and food shops. Even a Volkshochschule !
I will be the lead tenant at the house. We are looking for another female , non-student to move in. You will be sharing with working professionals aged 30+ who have international backgrounds. A philosophy lecturer, psychologist/social worker, mechanical engineer. We all have lived in a few different countries and enjoy chatting and exchanging views on culture, politics, trends and life in general. Clubbing occasionally. Chilled life at home. We are considering getting some chickens for this garden and grow some veg.
New housemate must like cats as we are looking to have cats move in next year.
