Hey :)
wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Nachmieter in unserer 5-er WG direkt am Bahnhofsplatz in Giesing. Es handelt sich um ein komplett möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 16m^2), trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig ist, da es auf Hausrückseite liegt. Die Warmmiete inklusive Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet beträgt 950€.
Die WG hat eine vollausgestattete moderne Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Mikrowelle.
Unser großes modernes Badezimmer ist separiert von der Toilette und bietet genau wie unser großer Flur genug Stauraum.
Wir besitzen eine Waschmaschine und in unserer Garage können auch Fahrräder geparkt werden. (Es ist auch ein Stellplatz für ein Auto verfügbar, wenn benötigt).
Wir haben auch einen großen Balkon mit einem Grill, den wir im Sommer gerne benutzen können.
Ein geräumiges Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Wir haben die Wohnung Ende letzten Jahres von einem Pärchen übernommen, das sich super um die Wohnung gekümmert hat, deshalb versuchen wir die Wohnung mit unserem wöchentlichen Putzplan in Schuss zu halten :)
Wir suchen eine Person, die bestenfalls schon WG-Erfahrung hat und offen und tolerant ist.

We are now looking for a new tenant in our 5-person shared apartment directly on Bahnhofsplatz in Giesing. It is a fully furnished room (approx. 16m²), which is very quiet despite its central location because it is at the back of the house. The rent including heating, water, electricity and internet is €950.
The shared apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Our large, modern bathroom is separate from the toilet and, like our large hallway, offers enough storage space.
We have a washing machine and bicycles can also be parked in our garage. (There is also a parking space available for one car if needed).
We also have a large balcony with a grill that we are welcome to use in the summer.
A spacious cellar compartment is also available.
We took over the apartment at the end of last year from a couple who took great care of the apartment, so we try to keep the apartment in good shape with our weekly cleaning schedule :)
We are looking for a person who ideally already has shared experience and is open and tolerant.

Direkt am Giesinger Bahnhofsplatz hat man alle Möglichkeiten im öffentlichen Nahverkehr durch U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram und Bussen.
Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Hit, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Denns Biomarkt) sind alle um die Ecke oder sogar im Haus).

Directly at Giesinger Bahnhofsplatz you have all the options for local public transport: subway, S-Bahn, tram and buses.
Restaurants and shopping opportunities (dm, Hit, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Denns Biomarkt) are all around the corner or even in the house).

Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt und witzig. Mal gehen wir miteinander weg, kochen abends zusammen oder schauen einen Film zusammen. Das ist natürlich alles kein Muss, aber ab und zu wäre es schön, wenn Du auch dabei wärst :)
Wir machen ganz unterschiedliche Dinge:
- 19-jähriger Student in Elektrotechnik
- 20-jährige Studentin in Soziale Arbeit
- 29-jähriger Architekt
- 19-jähriger Azubi als Biolaborant
- 26-jähriger Informatiker (zieht leider aus)

Life in a shared apartment is very relaxed and fun. Sometimes we go out together, cook together in the evening or watch a film together. Of course, none of this is a must, but every now and then it would be nice if you were there too :)
We do very different things:
- 19 year old student in electrical engineering
- 20-year-old student in social work
- 29 year old architect
- 19-year-old trainee as a biolaboratory technician
- 26-year-old computer scientist (unfortunately moving out)
