ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer in Giesing vom 01.06.18 bis zum 30.12.18.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und liegt zur Rückseite des Gebäudes in den ruhigen Innenhof. Tram, Bus und Sbahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Ubahn erreicht ihr in ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Edeka, Bäcker, Apotheke, Pizza, sind ebenfalls direkt vor Ort. Zur Wohnung (ca. 76qm) gehören noch eine Küche, ein separates WC und ein Bad sowie 2 Mitbewohner :) Das Wg Leben ist locker (alles kann nichts muss) und bietet genügend Privatsphäre. Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro plus 32 Euro für Strom und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro. Solltet ihr Interesse haben, schreibt bitte kurz etwas zu euch damit wir eine Vorauswahl treffen können. Die Besichtigungen können schon dieses Wochenende stattfinden.
