Das Zimmer ist hell nach Westen ausgerichtet (Abendsonne), Bad und Küche sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Ein Balkon mit Sonne am Morgen ist der Küche zugeordnet und steht allen frei zu Verfügung. Die Zimmer 1 und 2 (siehe Grundriss) werden vermietet. Zimmer 2 kostet 800 Miete warm, Zimmer 1 kostet 850 warm.
Fußläufig ist die U2 Station Untersbergstraße in 3 min erreichbar. Von dort aus gelangt man in 8 min. zum Hauptbanhof und in 10 min. zur TUM und LMU.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nunmittelbarer nähe vorhanden.
Ich suche nette WG KollegInnen da ich nur am Wochenende in der Wohnung bin. Da die Wohnung sehr groß ist (100m2) eignet sich diese hervorrangend für eine 3er WG und es bleibt genügend Platz wenn man sich zurück zuziehen möchte. Ich mache in meiner Freizeit viel Sport, koche gerne und lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der WG.
Besichtigungen finden am kommenden Wochenende am Samstag und Sonntag (16+17.03) statt.
