Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt, ist es hier auch relativ ruhig. Außerdem ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ;)
Anbindung an S-Bahnhof Giesing, U-Bahnhof Giesing und Tram ist innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. zu Fuß erreichbar- mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell an die Isar.
Wir sind Stefan (27) Jacky (27) und Leonie (26) . Stefan studiert Jura und befindet sich nun in der Vorbereitung auf das 1. Staatsexamen, Jacky ist im HR Bereich unterwegs und Leonie arbeitet als aussagepsychologische Sachverständigerin.
Das WG-Leben mit uns ist ziemlich unkompliziert: Man trifft sich in der Küche, trinkt oder kocht zusammen - oder hat einfach seine Ruhe 😉 Wir schätzen Sauberkeit und ein respektvolles Miteinander - das Thema Putzplan sollte daher kein Tabu sein ;)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schrank, Kommode, Bett und Schreibtisch.
