Unsere Wohnung wurde gerade erst neu renoviert und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines schönen Altbaus. Sie hat vier Zimmer und eine große Küche, die als Gemeinschaftsraum dient. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 17qm groß, vollkommen möbliert und mit drei Fenstern angenehm hell.
Die Lage ist super: Wir wohnen 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Silberhornstraße (U2)entfernt, in 3 Stationen ist man am Sendlinger Tor, in 4 am Hauptbahnhof. Tegelmann, Penny, DM, Bäckerein, Apotheken, Banken und vieles mehr sind in nächster Umgebung.
Eigentlich sind wir drei Mädels, da ich für einen Monat nach Sizilien gehe, werde ich allerdings nicht da sein. Sophia studiert im Master Wirtschaftspsychologie, Jessy ist im Eventbereich tätig. Beide sind super nett und unkompliziert. Wir sind allerdings keine Party WG (mehr :D) und suchen nach einer rücksichtsvollen, ordentlichen Mitbewohnerin für ein angenehmes Zusammenleben mit netten Gesprächen.
Die Mietzeit kann bei Bedarf bis zum 11. Dezember verlängert werden.
