This single room will be shared by you and me. We both can use all the room and other apartment facilities as per our wish. Initially, This accommodation is available only for 3.5 months (ie from 17-April-2022 till 31-Jul-2022) with a possibility of extension.
Good for those who are looking for an amazing short-term accommodation at a highly reasonable price. It's hard to find AMAZING as well as REASONABLE PRICE accommodation in Munich. This is a rare one ;)
Please note that the images are representational because I am yet to move there. But the apartment is very same same. Only the furnishings will differ as it is going to be a new flatshare.

- All the supermarkets, Edeka, cafe,bakery, restaurants, barber shop, etc. arewithin 2 minutes walk
- Olympia Park is 30 seconds walk. Very-well maintained and very-big park. Great for fitness freaks, and those who love nature walks
- TUM Sports Complex is just 2 minute walk (ZHS Central University Sports Munich)
You will be sharing the room with me (male). I am a Masters's student and studying Entrepreneurship and Business. The apartment is quite chill. I would prefer someone who is social, like to enjoy evening with some beer or wine, or music, or game night, etc. Anything will work BUT NO BORING all-day work life. :) Of course, it goes without saying that we both have their own space. The motto is "everything can, nothing must"
