Die Wohnung befindet sich im Olympischen Dorf, ein sehr ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Stadtviertel, es liegt eingebettet in der großen Anlage des bekannten Olympiaparks, der zum Spazieren gehen und Joggen einlädt. Das Olympische Dorf beherbergt eine Studentenstadt mit Bierstube und vielen studentischen Aktivitäten.
Fußläufig zur Wohnung findet ihr viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Ein großer EDEKA-Markt, Bäcker, Gemüse- und Obstgeschäft, Bio-Laden, mehrere, Restaurants, Friseure, Post und Schreibwarenladen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und befindet sich im vierten Stock eines Terrassenhauses. Die Zimmermiete beträgt 790 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Miete, Strom, Heizung, Internet. Wir haben Glasfaseranschluss, also sehr schnelles Internet.
Mit der U-Bahn, U3-Olympiazentrum, kann die Innenstadt in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht werden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung befindet sich BMW.

The apartment is located in the Olympic Village, a very quiet and centrally located district, nestled in the large grounds of the famous Olympic Park, which is ideal for walking and jogging. The Olympic Village is home to a student town with a beer bar and many student activities.
You will find many stores for your daily needs within walking distance of the apartment. A large EDEKA supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, organic food store, several restaurants, hairdressers, post office and stationery store.
The room is approx. 14 square meters and is located on the fourth floor of a terraced house. The room rent is 790 € including all additional costs such as rent, electricity, heating, internet. We have fiber optic connection, so very fast internet.
The city center can be reached in just a few minutes by subway (U3-Olympiazentrum).
BMW is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
