Are you 21-38 years old, in the final stage of your studies or are already employed and looking for an apartment in Munich? We’re renting room number 6 (€699) from 15.8.2023 in a 6 bedroom shared apartment in Pasing. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished, the rooms are fully furnished. A cleaning agency visits weekly to clean all the common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen and floor thoroughly (included in price).
The apartment is located just five minutes walk from Pasing train station and right next to the Pasinger Stadtpark and the Würm River. Pasing offers all shops within a few minutes walk.
The six furnished rooms are between 14.5 and 20 square meters in size, your room being the largest at 20 square meters. The total apartment is 160 square meters. The apartment has a kitchen with induction stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, a common dining area and two bathrooms - one with a bath, the other with a shower. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, there are two undercover parking spaces (duplex garage) which can be rented on request.
