We have a room available in our WG from now:
25sqm, 2.OG .On the top floor of the house and has lots of space to do what you want with it. It is largely unfurnished, though has a desk, closet and tv table, as well as built-in storage space.
Rent = 560€ with bills.
Unfortunately we need to move out at the end of December so the contract will be fixed length until 31.12.23.
The apartment has a park just outside , with lots of green space in the surrounding neighbourhood and the river Würm right nearby. The neighbourhood in general is pretty quiet and green. You can get to the 143 and 160 buses in 5 minutes on foot and Pasing or Obermenzing S-Bahn stops are about 1.7 km away, so around 15 minutes on foot or a 5 min cycle. From there the S-Bahn to Marienplatz takes 15 mins. Most essentials are easy to get nearby; Penny and Denn’s Bio-Markt are about a five minute walk away and a petrol station is just around the corner for those late night beers. There is also an Edeka and Rossmann about a 15 min walk away.
Your flatmates would be Rajah (27), from the U.K, currently finishing his PhD in physics, Julia (23) from Spain, who has just started an internship at the european patent office and Ondrej (25) who is studying for a master's in architecture.
We often spend time hanging out in the evening, so we're looking for someone pretty sociable, who's happy to chill with a glass of beer or wine from time to time, cook together etc.
The house is pretty big, so there's lots of communal space, which is also good for having friends over.
At the same time, the house is quite old, and with four people it's quite important to clean up after yourself, so that it's a stress-free time for us all :)
As mentioned already, we have to move out at the end of December :( so the contract will only be until 31.12.23.
