Hi! I need someone to take over the position starting 1 January, but you can move in as soon as possible. The contractual details will be discussed with the landlord. I must notify the landlord 2 months before my leave or find a new person for my room. I am moving out of my WG-Zimmer into a student dormitory on short notice, so I must choose the second option.
The 24m2 are partitioned into two rooms: a dormitory with a queen-sized bed and a study room. Two cabinets are available for clothes storage, and you have plenty of storage space in the attic and basement. All furniture seen in the photos will be handed over to you. You also have access to a balcony overlooking the communal garden. The house is immense and easily accommodates five flatmates. Your rooms will be on the first floor, and you will share the bathroom with only one person.
Other facilities include a modern large fridge, washing machine, and fast internet. Floors have a cork finish, and the rooms are warm during winter.
The house is 10 minutes away from bus 265, 20 minutes away from Pasing Bhf via the 265 and 35 from Munich HB. The house is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, with a gorgeous park nearby, perfect for jogging. You also have supermarkets, a gym and the Pasing Arcaden mall close to the Pasing Bhf.
You will share the house with 4 awesome, easy-going mates who are either students or are early in their careers. We love hanging around or barbecuing in the house's back garden when the weather is nice. I'll miss everyone! :D
No special requirements are expected; everyone cleans the spaces they use and a schedule is used to decide on common spaces e.g. kitchens and halls.
