Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Pasing, voller Leben und super angebunden. Wir sind nur 5 Gehminuten vom Pasinger Bahnhof entfernt und somit super Angebunden & Nacht-Tram für die Späten Abende gibt's auch ;)

Fahrtzeit zur TUM / LMU Stadtcampus -> ca. 25min

Pasing bietet tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein eigenes Einkaufzentrum, den Pasinger Viktualienmarkt und Restaurants. Du wirst schnell alles erreichen, was du für deinen Alltag brauchst.

Mit dem Pasinger Stadtpark, der Würm, die uns bis zum Starnberger See verbindet und dem Blutenburger Schloss hast du viel Grün in der du dich austoben kannst.

The location of the flat in Pasing is full of life and very well connected. We are only a 5-minute walk away from Pasing train station and therefore very well connected & there is also a night tram for late evenings ;)

Journey time to TUM / LMU city campus -> approx. 25min

Pasing offers great shopping opportunities, its own shopping centre, the Pasing Viktualienmarkt and restaurants. You can reach everything you need for your everyday life within 5min.

With the Pasing City Park, the river Würm, which connects us to Lake Starnberg, and the Blutenburg Castle, you have plenty of green space to let off steam.

Wenn du eine freundliche, respektvolle und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin bist, dann könnte dieses WG-Zimmer genau das Richtige für dich sein. Mir ist wichtig, dass diese Wohnung eine sicherer Rückzugsort für mich und dich ist, daher ist diese WG eine explizit LGBTQ+ freundliche WG.

Das erwartet dich hier:

Mit mir hast du eine gelassene Mitbewohnerin, die gerne entspannte Abende mit Freunden verbringt. Dabei genieße ich es, gemeinsam zu kochen, Spieleabende zu veranstalten und Filme anzuschauen. Ich bin ein echter Bücherwurm und verbringe gerne gemütliche Stunden mit einem guten Buch, einem Glas Wein und guter Musik. :)

Unter der Woche arbeite ich meistens im Home-Office. In meiner Freizeit liebe ich es, in der Natur unterwegs zu sein. Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Schwimmen gehören zu meinen Lieblingsaktivitäten!

Neu in München / Deutschland? Ich bin seit 4 Jahren bei ESN (Erasmus Student Network) und zeige internationalen Neuankömmlingen jedes Semester unsere schöne Stadt. Für Städtetrips, Museumsbesuche und Foodie Tours bin ich immer zu haben.

With me, you will have a laid-back flatmate who likes to spend relaxed evenings with friends. I enjoy cooking together, games nights and watching films. I'm a bookworm and like to spend cosy hours with a good book, a glass of wine and good music. :)

During the week, I usually work from home. In my free time, I love being out and about in nature. Hiking, cycling and swimming are some of my favourite activities!

New in Munich / Germany? I have been with ESN (Erasmus Student Network) for 4 years and show international newcomers our beautiful city every semester. I am always available for city trips, museum visits and foodie tours.
