Auch das Badezimmer punktet mit einem Fenster. Über den Flur gelangt man ins Dachgeschoss, das großzügige Stauraummöglichkeiten bietet. Zusätzlich stehen im Keller ein abschließbares Abteil sowie ein gepflegter Waschkeller zur Verfügung.
Karl-Hromadnik-Straße is located in the charming Pasing district in the west of Munich. The surrounding area offers numerous shopping facilities including Pasing Arcaden, cosy cafés and green parks. Your new home lies directly opposite the idyllic Pasinger Stadtpark. Transport is excellent: The Pasinger railway station is reached by bicycle in approx. 6 minutes, and the nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.

I founded the WG in early 2024 together with my then roommate. This has created a close friendship, the coexistence has worked great and was characterized by respect and harmony. For reasons of love, he left the WG now – the more I am looking forward to sharing this beautiful apartment with me.
If a quiet, clean and friendly home is important to you, it will definitely fit well. The best way is to get to know each other personally during a visit.
Ich bin dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner – 29 Jahre alt, berufstätig, relativ sportlich und oft sowohl beruflich als auch privat unterwegs. Mein Hauptwohnsitz ist nicht in München, aber ich bin regelmäßig in der Stadt, arbeite dann auch mal im Home Office und freue mich auf eine angenehme Zeit in der WG.
Die WG habe ich Anfang 2024 gemeinsam mit meinem damaligen Mitbewohner gegründet. Daraus ist eine enge Freundschaft entstanden, das Zusammenleben hat super funktioniert und war von Respekt und einem harmonischen Miteinander geprägt. Aus Liebesgründen hat er die WG nun verlassen – umso mehr freue ich mich, wenn du Lust hast, diese schöne Wohnung mit mir zu teilen.
Wenn dir ein ruhiges, sauberes und freundliches Zuhause wichtig ist, passt das bestimmt gut. Am besten lernen wir uns einfach persönlich bei einer Besichtigung kennen.
The cold rental is 775 EUR plus about 100 EUR additional costs (Internet, electricity, (warm) water and GEZ). The deposit corresponds to a monthly rent. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished – this can be used respectfully. Only your room is unfurnished.
