Mein Zimmer wird bald (ab 1.04.2018) frei...
Bevorzugt ist die weibliche Person, ab 25 Jahre alt.
Da man die Küche und Bad mit zwei anderen weiblichen Personen teilt (30 und 26) wirst.
Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht so riesig, aber gemütlich im Dachgeschoss . Miete + Strom beträgt 320,- Euro monatlich, die Möbel werde ich lassen (ein großes Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, zwei Kommode, Arbeitstisch, Teppich) und dafür kannst einfach soviel ausgeben, wieviel Du willst :)
Zum Tram 19 braucht man ca 5 min zufuss, bis Laimer Platz ca 15 min. Es fahren viele Buse in der Nähe und S-Bahn Laim-Station ist auch mit ca 12 min zufuss erreichbar.
Es gibt in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Bitte PM schreiben, dann machen wir die Termine aus, damit Du auch die andere Mietbewohnerinnen kennenlernen könntest und das Zimmer anschauen :)
