Hi there,
I have one room (around 12 m²) to sublet in my 3-room flat (around 83 m²).
The room itself is unfurnished.
The flat has 83m² in total and was renovated in 2016. The big living room with open kitchen area as well as the big, sunny terrace and the renovated bathroom are fully furnished.
The new kitchen, as displayed in the picture, will arrive early September.

Ich habe ein 12m² Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 83 m² und wurde zuletzt in 2016 renoviert. Das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie die schöne Südterrasse und das renovierte Badezimmer sind komplett möbliert.
Die maßangefertigte Küche wird Anfang September eintreffen und soll dann so aussehen wie in dem Bild dargestellt.
The train station Pasing is just a 10 mins walk away and you could even get on one of the many busses to arrive there even faster. After a 10 mins train ride you are arriving at Munich central station.
After 5 mins walking you are getting to an Edeka supermarket, a bakery is located in the same street and the shopping centre "Pasing Arcaden" is only 10 mins away as well.
I also love that the flat is located next to the Pasing city park, which is great for jogging or to go for a walk.

Nach nur ca. 10-Minuten Fußweg gelangst du zum Pasinger Bahnhof. Auch könntest du alternativ einen der vielen Busse nehmen und dann bist du noch etwas schneller dort. Nach einer 10-minütigen Bahnfart kommst du am Münchener Hauptbahnhof an.
Nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung findest du einen Edeka, eine Bäckerrei befindet sich gleich in der selben Straße und das Shopping Center "Pasing Arcaden" ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ich finde es auch super, dass die Wohnung gleich neben dem Pasinger Stadtpark liegt und man somit den Feierabend mit einer Runde Joggen oder einem Spaziergang durch den Park genießen kann.
