The apartment is located between Laim and Passing. The room has two large windows facing east where sun is waiting for you to say good morning. Essential stores such as Netto, Edeka, Aldi, McD (23 hours), Burger King are just 5 mins away by walk. Veldener str Bus stop is just 2 min by walk and tram stop is 5 mins away. It takes only 15-20 min to reach Central Station.
The rent includes everything (electricity, super fast internet 250 Mbps).
The room will be available from 1st July 2021. If you want to move in from 15th July, that can be discussed.
I do have desk and gaming chair which you can buy for reasonable price.
