We are a mixed WG with 6 roommates
Valentine: French. Likes to cook, bake and works with chocolate
Eva: Also french, 21 and going to study veterinary science
Axel: 24, working, likes to skate and cook. Good at making shared dinners
Lars: 24, computer science student, is always available for a flat share evening. Likes running and weight training
Dirk: All around talent, who best can be approached after the first coffee (doesn't speak English though)
Iben: 25, Danish, studying environmental engineering. Love to go hiking here in Bavaria.
Me (Iben) is leaving since my exchange semester is unfortunately over. We want to find someone who want to be social and for example want to do dinners etc. Though if someone wants some peace and quiet there is of course no problems.
The room is fully furnished with a comfy bed, a nice big closet, a good desk, two chairs and extra small storage furniture.
The living room is really spacious, good place to meet up and chat as well as a movie night using the big tv.
There are two large bathrooms, one of them with a washer and dryer.
Cleanliness is important and we have a cleaning schedule. Everyone need to do their part.
The apartment is located in beautiful Pasing really close to Wurm and Pasinger Stadtpark. Pasing train station is also really close, less than a 10 min walk. There is S-Bahn, regional trains, trams and busses so it do easy to get out and home. Grocery stores are also less than 10 minutes away and Pasing Arcaden is a 10-12 min walk.

P. S. I really want to find someone who wants to take over the room from the 1st of September since I'm here in August and don't want to pay rent for September, hopefully there is enough time to make it happen
