We rent a room in our 3-room apartment in Munich Pasing. The room is fully furnished including a new mattress but can be rearranged if you want to bring additional furniture. The apartment also has a large south-facing balcony that you can use if you like. You will get a permanent lease and of course, you can register at the KVR.
The rent is all-inclusive (no additional fees/costs apply).
Our apartment is about 7 minute walk from the Pasing train station (S-Bahn, Regio, ICE), and the Pasing Marienplatz (EDEKA, Lidl, etc.) is only 2 minutes away. We are connected to tram line 19 and various bus connections. Also, the Pasing Arcaden mall is close by where you can find almost everything.
About you:
It doesn't matter to us if you are a trainee, student, or worker as long as you have a regular income or your parents vouch for you. But you should be able to clean up after yourself and at best you should have experience of living in a shared flat ;) Ideally, you have a reasonably regular daily routine and do not work in shifts (early shifts). It's fine if you need a room only for a short time, but please tell us in advance. In general, we prefer people who want to live in Pasing for a longer time.
About us:
We are Laura and Mat. Laura is from Colombia and moved to Germany to study Master in Management at TUM university. She likes to get to know new people, hang out with friends, and sometimes she is going for a run. Mat is a software engineer from Germany, working remotely most of the time. When he isn't working he likes to go inline skating or kite surfing. We also enjoy going on hikes together.
We would be happy if you would like to do something together from time to time. But of course, that's not a must - if you prefer to be by yourself that's fine too.
Disclaimer: we are a couple ;)
- We are non-smokers and you should be too (at least in the apartment).
- We cook daily, gluten-free and primarily flexitarian.
- We are not cleanliness fanatics but we don't want to live in filth either.
- Privacy is important to us, we don't meddle in your affairs and expect the same in reverse.
- We cannot stand intolerance or racism.
- You can always bring guests as long as you do not leave them alone in the apartment.
- No dogs or animals are allowed in our building.
