The room is 16 m2. You have a kitchen, 2 toilets and all the facilities including the garden. Bus stop is 1 min away and S-Bahn is 5 mins away with which you reach city center in 10 mins. TUM university in 20 min. All night tram 19 is working. You have Edeka, Aldi and netto in 5 mins distance. Room is on 2nd floor. There is also a park within 5 mins of walk. In total, there are 7 people in the flat (German, Ukrainian, Iranian and Indian). City registration available as it's a long term permanent contract. I also have all the furniture for the apartment which is expected to be taken by new person (total 150€ including a table, chair, 3 racks, mattress and wardrobe).

Die ganze Nacht über ist die Straßenbahn 19 in Betrieb. Sie haben Edeka, Aldi und Netto in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock. Es gibt auch einen Park innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt leben 7 Personen in der Wohnung (Deutsche, Ukrainer, Iraner und Inder). Stadtregistrierung möglich, da es sich um einen langfristigen, unbefristeten Vertrag handelt. Ich habe auch alle Möbel für die Wohnung, die voraussichtlich von einer neuen Person mitgenommen werden (insgesamt 150 € inklusive Tisch, Stuhl, 3 Regalen, Matratze und Kleiderschrank).
