Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Mitte Juli bis Ende September an, da ich Semesterferien habe und auf Reisen gehe. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und ein perfekter Rückzugsort in einer 52 qm großen Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung. Es ist sehr hell und bietet genug Platz für Bett, Schreibtisch und was man sonst noch so alles braucht. Eine Waschmaschine und eine eingerichtete Küche sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht in der Innenstadt, die Lage in Pasing ist trotzdem sehr gut. Vom Supermarkt über den Baumarkt bis zu den Pasing Arcaden ist wirklich alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Davon fahren alle S-Bahnen (Stammstrecke) sowie Züge zum Hauptbahnhof. Zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es mit der S-Bahn ca. 11 Minuten, zum Marienplatz ca. 14. Die Würm ist nicht weit entfernt und man kann tolle Radtouren in Richtung Westen und Süden zu den Seen unternehmen.
Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt und unkompliziert. Besichtigungen sind gegen Spätnachmittag/ Abends am besten.
