Die Wohnung hat eine riesige Terrasse außerdem eine große Küche inklusive Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer und Wasch- und Speisekammer. Die Wohnung ist noch nicht ganz fertig eingerichtet, deswegen sieht es auf den Fotos vielleicht ein bisschen leer aus.
Durch die große Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer und Küche ist die Wohnung sehr hell, einladend und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge :)
Das Schlafzimmer ist aktuell mit einem Palettenbett, einem Schrank und einem Schreibtisch eingerichtet, wir haben theoretisch aber auch noch ein normales Bett was wir einbauen können. Die restliche Einrichtung bleibt nicht im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und ist super hell durch die großen Fenster!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die nächste Tram Station (2/5) ist nur zwei Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und auch Busstationen sind direkt sich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Sonst ist alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ein SPAR und ein M-Preis ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Wir (Jasper, 21, studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Lina 21, studiert Medienkommunikation und Justine 24, studiert Psychologie suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für ein offenes und nettes Zusammenwohnen. Uns ist wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist, sondern wir uns gut verstehen und man auch mal zusammen kochen, Filmabende verbringen oder Spiele spielen kann!
Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Offenheit sind uns auch sehr wichtig :))
