We have one furnished room available in our International shared apartment. We are a group of international students (IAESTE) who are always happy to meet new people. The room is 10 square meters and is fully furnished. The room rent is 300€ including heating and wifi plus 500€ as a deposit.

Wir sind eine offene Gruppe internationaler Studenten, die Praktikum in München machen (IAESTE) und die immer ein Plätzchen für neue Leute haben. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. In der Miete ist alles enthalten (alle NK, WLAN usw.): 300 EUR pro Monat.
The flat is located in Waldkolonie Putzbrunn (Landkreis München). The bus stop Birkenweg(bus 212/241) is just in the front of the apartment. The nearest S-Bahn station is Ottobrunn(S7) [15 minutes walk] and Ubahn station is Neuperlach Sud(U5).
This location is best for students from Bundeswehr Universität, Or one working in Airbus/Siemens/(B/S/H/)/Infineon/Neubiberg or in the vicinity. REWE, Bakery, and Italian restaurant are in the close proximity. Bus to the nearest S-Bahn station "Ottobrunn" takes just 7 minutes or 15 minutes walk. ALDI, Lidl, and Tengelmann are at the walking distance of 10-15 minutes.

The people living in the house change quite frequently as most of them are interns from abroad. We do quite a lot together especially cooking.

Die Bewohner wechseln recht häufig, da es sich größtenteils um internationale handelt, die für ein Praktikum nach München kommen (in der Regel 2 - 3 Monate). Wir machen recht viel zusammen, besonders gekocht wird viel gemeinsam.
