Es ist circa 15 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhauses mit insgesamt 4 Wohnungen.
Die Küche das Bad und der Garten werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Küche und Bad teilst du mit uns anderen Mitbewohnern. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller und kostenlos.
Das Zimmer steht mit oder ohne Möbel zur Verfügung. Das kannst du einfach mit unserem Vermieter vereinbaren.

The room is available from today 01.02.2024
Room size is approximately 15 sq m. The apartment is located in the first floor of a garden house. Totally there are 4 apartments. The kitchen and toilet will be shared between four persons. And the garden is shared among the four apartments. No restriction in the garden usage. A dishwasher stays in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the Keller for use. No need to put coins for using them. Possible to have the room with or without furnitures. That can be arranged with the landlord.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 min zu Fuß und es gibt 3 Verbindung nach neuperlach Zentrum. Die nächste U-Bahn ist Neuperlach Zentrum und 10 Minuten weit zu Fuß.
Der Ostpark ist auch in der Nähe. 7 Minuten weit weg.
The next bus stop is 2 mins by foot and there is 3 bus connections to the neuperlach Zentrum which is 10 minutes by foot. And the buses are very frequent.
Ostpark is very near and it’s a perfect place for a jog. 7 minutes away.
Aktuell sind wir 4 Jungs in der WG - Pratheek 27, Cornelius 22 Kapel 33 und Simone 27. Pratheek zieht zum 01.02 oder früher aus und wir suchen Nachfolger für ihn.
Wir arbeiten alle (außer ein student) in München.
Unter der Woche ist es bei uns eher ruhig da wir auch alle arbeiten müssen.
Es gibt einen Putzplan in der WG.
Currently we are four guys living in the apartment. Pratheek 27, Cornelius 22 and Kapil 33 Simone 27. We work in Munich. One is a student.Within the week it is quiet by us since we got our work to do. We do have weekly apartment cleaning. Everybody takes their turn to clean it.
