Zwischenmiete in 4er WG am Ostpark

Bus direkt vor der Tür, U-Bahn Station Quiddestraße (U5) 10 min entfernt. 
Im Zentrum und am Hauptbahnhof ist man in ca. 20-25 min. 
Ein Lidl ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. 
Gleich ums Eck liegt der schöne Ostpark mit See und Biergarten, das Michaelibad, eine Schlittschuhbahn (für den Winter super), Tennisplätze und Fitnessstudios, alles in max. 5 min. mit dem Rad erreichbar.

Bus stop right outside the door, U-Bahn station Quiddestraße (U5) 10 minutes away. You can reach the city center and the main train station in approximately 20-25 minutes. A Lidl is a 2-minute walk away. Just around the corner is the beautiful Ostpark with a lake and beer garden, the Michaelibad, an ice rink (great for winter), tennis courts, and fitness studios, all reachable within a maximum of 5 minutes by bike.

Deine Mitbewohner wären Kai, Anne und Colin. Kai (27) arbeitet als Produktmanager bei Infineon. Er ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener Mensch und liebt es zu schnacken. In seiner Freizeit ist er viel unterwegs und macht Crossfit und geht laufen. Sprecht ihn einfach mal auf Beat81 an ;). Colin (32) ist aus China und ist eher introvertiert, nimmt aber auch an WG-Aktivitäten teil. Er kocht sehr gerne und sehr lecker chinesisch. Er ist ein sehr unkomplizierter Mensch und meistens viel für sich in seinem Zimmer. Anne (25) macht gerade ihre Masterarbeit bei BMW. Sie ist ebenfalls ein sehr entspannter Mensch und ist stets gut drauf. Sie ist in ihrer Freizeit im Fitnessstudio und spielt im Verein Badminton beim TSV Neubiberg und geht auch gerne öfters zu Beat81. Insgesamt sind wir als WG viel beschäftigt und unterwegs sodass jeder seinen eignen Freiraum hat. Wir haben aber absolut nichts gegen gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames kochen oder gemeinsam zum Sport gehen. Abends findet sich eigentlich immer die Zeit zum quatschen. Daher wollen wir keine Zweck-WG!

Your flatmates would be Kai, Anne and Colin. Kai (27) works as a product manager at Infineon. He is a very open-minded person and loves to chat. In his free time, he spends a lot of time on the road, doing crossfit and running. Just talk to him about Beat81 ;). Colin (32) is from China and is rather introverted, but also participates in WG activities. He likes to cook very tasty Chinese food. He is a very uncomplicated person and usually keeps to himself in his room. Anne (25) is currently doing her Master's thesis at BMW. She is also a very relaxed person and is always in a good mood. In her free time, she goes to the gym and plays badminton at TSV Neubiberg and also likes to go to Beat81 often. Overall, we're very busy as a flat share and we travel a lot, so everyone has their own space. But we have absolutely nothing against shared activities such as cooking together or going to the gym together. There's always time to chat in the evenings. That's why we don't want a functional flat share!

Das Zimmer wird erstmal befristet reingestellt, hat aber auch Potential, unbefristet weitervermietet zu werden. Das wollte sich der Hauptmieter erstmal offen halten. Es wird voraussichtlich noch ein Abschlag für die Möbel gefordert, der Preis ist aber noch nicht fest. Dieser wird noch geklärt. Bei weiteren Fragen gerne schreiben!

The room will initially be put up for a limited period, but also has the potential to be rented out for an indefinite period. The main tenant wanted to keep this open for the time being. There will probably be a down payment for the furniture, but the price has not yet been fixed. This is still being clarified. Please contact us if you have any questions :)
